MARINADE:
½ cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Step 1: Marinate the chicken. Place the chicken in a container or bag and pour the Italian dressing on top. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for 30 minutes to 6 hours.
Step 2: Grill the chicken. Preheat an indoor grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates, place the chicken on the grill, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes each side, depending on size and thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Step 3: Rest and serve. Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then enjoy!
